- Wine Cellars, wine tasting and cellar
tours: Head out to any number of local wineries.

Rosendal Wellness Center and Spa;

- Soekershof - uncover the mystery of mazes and gardens,
in the company of people who want to provide you with an enjoyable
and inspirational experience.
- Sheilam Nursery - Established in 1954 this cactus
and succulent nursery is boasting more than 2000 species of plants,
and is recognized by authorities as one of the finest collections
of specimen plants.
- the PAT BUSCH Private Nature Reserve: The nature lover
will have a wonderful opportunity to explore the hidden valleys and
admire 2000Ha of spectacular mountain scenery. Trails will appeal to
those interested in birds, small antelope and indigenous fauna and flora.
The Langeberg is home to a large variety of Fynbos such as proteas and
ericas and other species including lilies, ferns and trees. With patience
you may see the several types of indigenous animals such as Duiker,
Grysbok, Rhebok, Bush Buck, Cape Clawless Otter, Lynx, Baboon and even
Leopard.
- Bird watching: No need to go far: explore over 100 different
species of bird life found on our premises.
- Sight-Seeing: Visit small historical country villages
like Montagu and McGregor, about half an hours drive away. Also worth
a visit and within 45 minutes is Swellendam, South Africa's third oldest
town after Cape Town and Stellenbosch.
And in the Robertson Wine Valley:
- Play a round of golf on Robertson's 18-hole golfcourse;
- Take a hike through the hills and valleys: there
are numerous trails in the area:
- Dassieshoek Nature Reserve (Robertson);
- Vrolijkheid Nature Reserve (McGregor);
- Fish Eagle Trail (Van Loveren Wine Estate);
- Nearby Montagu offers a number of spectacular hiking
trials.
- Hire a bicycle: Explore the Robertson Wine Valley on
a bicycle, it offers a landscape of flower fringed roads, majestic mountains,
the mighty Breede River, spectacular vineyards and above all, world
